POLICIES

Reservation and Deposit

  • A 50% deposit is required when reservation is made. If the reservation is made within three days of arrival, the full amount is due. We accept cash and all major credit cards.
  • Rates on based per room, per night for single or double occupancy.
  • Some rooms require a two-night minimum stay on in-season weekends with occasional three-night minimum stay during festival and/or holiday weekends.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation with full refund, minus a $25 processing fee per room if made ten (10) days prior to reserved date. Reservations falling over a holiday require 30 days prior notice.
  • Guests canceling fewer than ten (10) days prior to reserved date are responsible for the entire reservation cost unless we can rebook the room for all nights.
  • Reservations falling over a holiday require 30 days prior notice.

Early Departure

  • If for any reason you must depart earlier than the confirmed departure date, you are still responsible for the full cost of the reservation unless we are able to rebook the room.

Arrival and Departure

  • Innkeepers are available for in-person check-ins from 3 – 5 p.m. Saturday through Thursday and 3 – 7 p.m. Friday. If you are unable to arrive during the check-in window, please call us at 269-637-9373 to arrange for a self check-in.
  • Check out is by 11 a.m.
  • All times are Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Other Policies to Note

  • There is no smoking or vaping in any of our rooms or public areas. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Out of consideration for other guests, please clean up after yourself. You will be charged a cleaning fee of up to $200 if we determine you smoked inside your room.
  • Every room is carefully inspected and cleaned after check out. If there is damage or the room requires more extensive cleaning due to spills or stains, you may be charged a cleaning fee of up to $200.
  • Please be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
  • We are an adult facility and not suited for infants or young children. Under some circumstances we may accommodate older children, but prior arrangements must be made. There is a charge of $100/night for each additional occupant in a room.
  • For the safety of all guests, we do not permit candle burning in guest rooms.
  • We are not able to accommodate pets. Local boarding services are available.
  • Fireplaces are in operation October through April.
